CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11 AM. Please help us ensure the best possible experience for all guests by ensuring that:

All dishes are washed and dried;
You take your trash to the dumpster by the Restrooms; and
You return the keys to the Key Drop Box at the Front Office door.
DURING YOUR STAY
For the enjoyment of all guests, Quiet Times are 10 PM - 7 AM.
All children 14 years old and under should be supervised by adults after 6 PM in the resort, and at ALL times on the Silo Bar, the Rec Shed, and Buddy's Lounge.
All children 14 years old and under must wear life vests at ALL times when on the Lake and the Marina.
FOOD & DRINKS AT BUDDY'S

You're welcome to bring your to take your personal food & drinks to the lakefront, BBQ area, beach, pool, and marina. But the Silo Bar is ONLY for food & drinks purchased at the Silo Bar!​
Please DO NOT take drinks bought at the Silo Bar, or from Buddy's Lounge Bar, to your cabins or beyond fenced-in areas under any circumstances.
Pay attention to the 'No Alcoholic Beverages Beyond This Point' signs.

Wristbands are provided at check-in and denote age verification as well as guest and visitor status. Please ensure you wear your wristbands while at Buddy's.
ENTERTAINMENT & NOISE
​
Our resort is surrounded by residential neighbors. Noise in the cove carries. Please refrain from using personal music and other entertainment devices that others can hear. We hope you enjoy our music and entertainment.

PARKING VEHICLES & TRAILERS

Guest parking is assigned upon arrival.
Please ONLY park in assigned spaces.

Guest vehicle parking is assigned for your cabin. Additional paid parking is available in the main entry area.

Trailers must be unhitched and parked ONLY in assigned spaces.

Please respect the resort's ONE WAY traffic flows.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Buddy's Harbor is subject to severe weather. In emergency situations, guests should shelter in the Front Office building.

Whether it's your first visit or you've visited us before, we hope you enjoy our unique lakefront cabins. They've all been refurbished with a range of creature comfort updates.

All our bed linens, including duvet covers, are for each guest's stay, so feel free to use or NOT use the top sheet (Euro Style).

All cabins are non-smoking. Avoid penalty charges by NOT smoking in our cabins.

Only dispose of TP in ALL resort toilets!

DO NOT alter the Water Heater settings!
​
All cabins have smart TVs connected to the resort Wi-Fi for access to streaming services. All TVs also have Dish Services. Click here to read our TV User Guide.

We welcome your four-legged companions. We sincerely hope they're well-behaved to stay off the furniture and beds to avoid a pet penalty charge, as set out in our Pet Waiver. Please only use the Pet Towels provided.

Please return your keys in the Key Drop Box at the Front Office when you leave to avoid a key replacement charge of $50.
​
Please do your dishes, take your trash to the dumpster by the resort Restrooms, and leave the cabins ready for our cleaners. Avoid an additional $100 cleaning fee by respecting reasonable use guidelines, as set out in our full Resort Guide.
Buddy's marina, store, and boat rentals
Buddy's Harbor Marina & Store have been updated. We've added a patio area for relaxing, and the new store offers all sorts of convenience goods, as well as fresh deli fare, and a range of beverages and refreshments.
Our boat ramp is available to guests and the public. We have 23 covered boat slips with guests having priority for use over other visitors.

Buddy's Boat Rentals offers two 25' & three 27' Tritoon boats and five Wave Runners. Book yours here.
Buddy's Marina also offers Regular 87 octane gas daily from 9 AM to 6 PM throughout the summer season.

Please be aware we do not have a lifeguard, so use is at your own risk.

Pool towels are available at the pool, so please don't use towels from your cabin.
​
All children 14 years old and under must wear life jackets when in the lake.

Diving from the swim dock and pool deck is NOT allowed.

Only 5 people are allowed on the lake trampoline at any one time.
​
Pool cleaning and chemicals are added when we close for the day, so please be aware that the use of the pool when it's closed is very dangerous.

All water toys and personal belongings left by the pool when the pool closes will be removed, trashed, or placed in Lost Property.
Buddy's silo bar & kitchen
Come and enjoy Buddy's Silo Bar, open from 11 AM until 9 PM, and Buddy's Kitchen from noon until 7:30 PM.
Opening hours are weather-dependent. Happy Hour is from 3 PM - 5 PM.
Please don't be offended when we ask for an ID, so we can get you an 'Age Verified' wristband.

Come and enjoy Buddy’s Lounge Bar & Rec Shed, cool in summer and warm in winter, offering a true dive-bar experience and amazing artisan wood-fired pizzas.
Open year-round from 2 PM - 11 PM.
