Join the Crew at Buddy’s Harbor
2026 is our biggest year yet. With a brand-new resort renovation, expanded "Big Boat" docks, and two high-energy bars, we are looking for a powerhouse team to bring the "New Old School" Lake experience to life.
1. Cocktail Bartender (Lounge & Silo Bar)
The Vibe: High-Volume, Waterfront, Fast-Paced. The Role: We’re looking for elite mixologists who thrive in the weeds. You’ll be crafting high-quality cocktails for a high-energy crowd at both our Lounge and the brand-new Silo Bar. With our new large-vessel docks, the pace is fast and the tip potential is massive.

Requirement: 1+ years high-volume experience & Zero Drama.
2. Line & Pizza Cook (Kitchen & BBQ)
The Vibe: Evolving, Hot, Rewarding. The Role: Help us launch the new Buddy’s kitchen! While our full expansion finishes this summer, you’ll be mastering our artisan wood-fired pizzas, subs, and our famous weekend waterfront BBQ. We need team players who can handle a rush and want to grow into our full kitchen opening in July.

3. All-Star Resort Hand (Marina & Support)
The Vibe: The "Swiss Army Knife" of the Resort. The Role: Part Dockmaster, part Rental Specialist, part Barback. You’ll manage boat/jet ski rentals on tablets (FareHarbor/Square), assist guests with docking, and support the bar during peak rushes. This is the perfect role for a tech-savvy "Lake Person" who loves variety.

Requirement: Ability to tie knots, park boats, and hustle on apps/tech.
4. Maintenance & Grounds Keeper
The Vibe: Professional, Detailed, Independent. The Role: You are the keeper of the "Curb Appeal." Responsible for our 3 acres of lakeside gardens, lawn maintenance, and general resort repairs (light plumbing, painting, and cabin upkeep). We pay top-of-market for someone who takes pride in making Buddy’s look like a 5-star destination.

We pay top $$$ and there is huge tip potential for ALL guest facing positions!
We need staff for ALL resort positions for our bars and kitchen, Marina, Gas Dock, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Resort Maintenance as well as Housekeepers for our cabins and commercial areas and Front Office and Admin staff.
Charismatic, enthusiastic, and energetic staff are required for the following positions. Training and induction for all posts begins during the first weeks of April 2025.
